Management development

Some people find management of others more natural and easier.  But there is always a required level of understanding and skills that effective managers have had to learn.  Management development programmes need to be built on a foundation - the values of the organisation and its vision and mission.  What it stands for, what it aims to achieve and how it judges success.  There are 3 elements to our approach to management development which we tailor to your needs and situation:

  • communicating within the team and across the organisation

Time management

For most people, time management is a challenge.  There is so much to do, so little time.  Of course, we all have the same amount of time in the day and in the working week - you cannot make more time.  But you can manage that time more effectively.  Part of the "growth" dimension is to learn to prioritise effectively.  But more importantly, real growth is to learn how to reflect then respond - rather than react.  We lead practical learning workshops in better time management in your situation.

E-mail management

E-mail is great.  Instant communication.  No delays, instant response - except when the server is down, of course.  To be honest, email is a great tool but a terrible master.  So how can you regain control?  Our practical learning workshops in E-mail management provide some fairly easy steps and some more knowledge of the software program.  Integrate e-mail with your diary management and work-life becomes fun again!
